The following pull request contains modifications to all already included quickstart files to meet compatibility for PHP API Client v4.
The file rest_api_return_top_hits.php has been renamed to return_top_hits.php because the file can now connect to the Analytics client and doesn't need to use the REST API.
Updated the PHP version to the latest version.
