For agentic test results, attach two files to Jira tickets: 1. Conversation file with tested interactions, AI agent responses, and validation messages per turn. 2. Formatted HTTP request/response from testResults message. Also fix NPE in fetchTestingRunResultSummaries when testingRun is null. Made-with: Cursor
