E.g. if the destination cluster in the Reair config is "dest" this table will have commands affecting it replicated:
CREATE TABLE test (test_col string TBLPROPERTIES ('replication_cluster'='dest');
and this one will not:
CREATE TABLE test (test_col string);
Testing Done:
Can add tests on request (the other Reair filters do not have tests).
Ran this filter and made sure that operations were/were not replicated based on if the destination cluster in the table matched the one in the Reair config.
