Implementation of I1Q1 #5

##I1Q1 : Does an ontology import other FAIR vocabularies?
For now it's only a test of existence; the enhancement will be to reuse the FAIRscore of the imported vocabulaires and do an average for the ones that are in Agroportal and the baseline for the others.
