Critical usability and stability issues

A couple of critical usability issues are addressed in this release. Most notably:

• Quitting is now stable and predictable.
• the Quit command behaves the same as the Quit button
• Help is more accessible.

UIs are better when they are usable

Many changes to improve usability of the UI and other features.

Now includes HTTPS

Lots of new greatness in this release, but the highlight is certainly HTTPS and WSS. Now, maybe Chrome will quit complaining about nothing.

Ready for prime time

Solid, reliable, usable. Call it a release! The deployed version can be publicized and used without direct supervision. Yay.
