This adds the Orpheus Pico board to CircuitPython. It is a drop-in replacement to the Raspberry Pi Pico with new features built for Hack Club's educational programs.

I have tested these changes on an Orpheus Pico board.

Orpheus Pico's PID is allocated by Raspberry Pi.

Thanks! We may not be doing another 9.2.x release that soon, but we can merge this to main as well.

EDIT: removed incorrect comment about main.
