Feather s2 migration

This migrates just the feather S2 definition from UF2 to web-native-usb (esptool method).

It depends on a release of the feather s2 with the Sx/LvGL build task, as it generates web-native-usb zip of partition files + uf2, more like littlefs boards, instead of just app .bin and .uf2

Initially this branch will be used on staging, unmerged, with the feather s2 release using the new method described above. Then once happy we can merge it for prod to pickup.

Then we move on to doing batches of S2 / S3 boards.
