Jasmine's Mac-n-Cheese Pizza

1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon olive oil

9. Whisk in the milk until you have a thick enough sauce that it coats the back of a spoon.
13. Take the rest of the crumbled bacon and add it to the bowl, stirring well to combine.

1 white onion, finely chopped

1 store-bought pizza dough, rolled out and spread on a well-oiled baking sheet

1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
10. Crumble the bacon and add half to the sauce. Mix in the Cheddar and mozzarella.
16. Sprinkle with the breadcrumb mixture on the macaroni and cheese and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

Pinch ground nutmeg
3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

1 cup grated mozzarella

2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the rotini al dente.
6. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper and saute until the onions wilt and become translucent, about 4 minutes.
7. Reduce the heat to medium-low and sprinkle in the flour, stirring to coat the onions and garlic.
10. Crumble the bacon and add half to the sauce. Mix in the Cheddar and mozzarella.
14. Spray the pizza dough with the olive oil spray and place into the oven for 7 minutes.
17. Remove from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes to set the macaroni and cheese.
1/2 pound dried rotini pasta
Olive oil cooking spray
6 slices thick-cut good quality bacon
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
3. Drain and spray with olive oil cooking spray, making sure the noodles are coated well. Set aside.
8. Continue to cook until you have a blond roux, about 5 minutes.

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups grated sharp Cheddar

4. In a large saute pan over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate.
11. Turn the heat to low. Add the pasta to the cheese sauce and stir to coat. Cover and keep warm.
12. In a small bowl, add the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, chives and olive oil.
