A More Complete List on Google Sheets

Reasoning for moving the data into Google Sheets.

• making it easier to collaborate with other volunteers who want to help with upkeep/replacing bikes/replacing plaques.
• geoJSON actually a little annoying to manipulate. Also the preview library on GitHub changed from Leaflet.js to Azure Maps at some point so all the icons (and my secret unexplained coloring scheme to mark missing bikes) no longer render correctly.

Quick @TO-DO list:

• Add a CONTRIBUTING.md
  • Add formatting guidelines
• Add an Issue Template for adding other bikes.
• Make a website.
