This project is in active development and follows a rolling release model.
That means the main branch is always the latest supported version.

Older snapshots, forks, or unmaintained branches are not supported with security updates.

We take the security of Fight Encyclopedia seriously.
If you discover a security issue, please do not open a public GitHub Issue.

Instead:

1. Email us directly at [email protected] (or use [email protected] if you don’t want a separate inbox).
2. Provide a clear description of the issue, including:
   • Steps to reproduce
   • Potential impact
   • Suggested fix (if you have one)
3. We will acknowledge your report within 72 hours.
4. You can expect updates on the investigation at least once every 7 days until resolution.
5. Once the issue is resolved, we will:
   • Patch the main branch
   • Credit you (if you want) in the changelog/security notes

• Bugs, missing metadata, or incorrect martial arts classifications are not security issues.
  Please report those under GitHub Issues instead.

Security concerns may include:

• Malicious file uploads, malformed metadata, or corrupted hierarchy structures
• Vulnerabilities in any code, scripts, or APIs linked to this repository
• Exposure of sensitive data (if APIs or future integrations are added)
