Corrects the README compatibility guidance after aave/aave-v4#1221 switched the v4 AaveOracle from
latestRoundData()tolatestAnswer().latestAnswer()anddecimals()requirements.IExtendedFeedandlatestRoundData()remain optional compatibility features for other consumers.
