remove Docker setup
schedules the build every 2 days
enables triggering the action manually, or via a webhook
SSH_DEPLOY_KEY is setup as a repository SECRET
SSH_KNOWN_HOSTS is setup as a repository SECRET
rsync command is altered to reflect current setup of repository.yeswiki.net
