原文写作「安全社区把要凑齐的条件总结成一个『致命三件套』」，未点名出处。 该说法由 Simon Willison 于 2025-06-16 提出，补上署名与原文链接。 - 正文点名 Simon Willison 与提出时间，中文版括注英文原词 lethal trifecta - front-matter sources 与文末参考列表各增一条原文链接 - 中英双语同步 OWASP 的既有引用（Excessive Agency LLM06、MCP Security Cheat Sheet 的工具投毒） 均属实，保持不变。仓库内另两处提及三件套的词条（dev-time-prompt-injection、 prompt-injection-release）本就已正确署名，无需改动。

mcp-over-access词条原先写作「安全社区把要凑齐的条件总结成一个『致命三件套』」，只说"安全社区"而未点名出处。该说法是 Simon Willison 于 2025-06-16 提出的（原文）。这个修正源于一次公开指正：有读者在 X 上指出三件套是 Willison 的造词，我已在该处承诺会在词条中补上署名。
改动
中英双语同步，各 3 处：
lethal trifecta，便于检索sources：新增原文链接未改动的部分
