v5.3 Hotfix 2
- Fixed the "enableomega.bin" to not have an offset higher than 0, which causes the game to crash/softlock when you talk to anything in the Secret Yoka Cave. It's also no longer compressed, the program does it for me.
- Fixed the GMD data randomization getting overwritten.
- Added tooltips to everything that was missing a tooltip.

v5.3 Hotfix
I made a mistake in the previous build that lead to multiple issues. Use this build instead.
- Accidentally wrote to the wrong Zenny value when randomizing BMD/PMD values, resulting in bugged textboxes in a lot of locations and potential softlocking. This has been addressed.

Version 5.3
THIS TIME you should be able to finish Alpha Omega. I forgot some fixes and accidentally left some bugs in the previous build.
- Forced the Standard Library, Mega Library, and PA Library Stars on the Title Screen to always be active. I did this by making their requirements 0.
- Fixed the Secret Area Doors code from being inserted into the wrong list. This also allows the above change to work.
- The Zenny Multiplier can no longer ignore limits when used with the "Ignore Limiters" setting to prevent major Zenny drops from being multiplied too heavily.
- BMD/PMD Zenny text is no longer changed to both prevent issues with potentially changing the text boxes and so I can increase how much Zenny they give without needing to worry about the mismatched text. They are now properly multiplied instead of capped at certain digits like before.
- Fixed a bug where the Navi Randomization lists were the wrong size whenever it resets the lists in the main function, thus resulting in an error.

Version 5.2.1
This release is a pretty significant one; You should now finally be able to beat Alpha Omega randomized. Please let me know if something comes up that prevents this and I will address it. Getting all of the Battlechips shouldn't be necessary, nor should getting all of the Tamable Viruses.
- Fixed the "Enable Omega Navis" toggle both not working as intended and unintentionally crashing the game due to being assigned the incorrect location to read from in ROM. Don't delete or move the external "enableomega.bin" file, as it's required.
- Fixed the Command Line program still referencing the "Unlocked Unlimited" Folder Lock mode even though it no longer exists.
- The Randomizer now assigns a clean copy of the Seed before doing each task. This should allow for more consistent randomization between the two versions as long as they have the same settings, though I can't vouch for it too well.
- Included Punk in Navi randomization, moved BowlMan and MistMan to "Strong Navis", and moved PlantMan and DesertMan to "Medium Navis".
- The Output log filename is a bit shorter now while still listing the version and hash.
- Made sure MistMan and BowlMan could actually be shuffled out instead of just being able to be shuffled in, thus preventing duplicate encounters.
- Made sure the Navi shuffling took into account the new list numbers.

v5.2.0.1
- Cleaned up how chips are shuffled. They are now PROPERLY SHUFFLED instead of generating multiple permutations. (Oops)
- Fixed an accidental "not" case with Unlocked Unlimited, preventing it from uncapping Gigas and Megas. (Oops #2)
- Rebalanced Daily Seeds to be more interesting.
- Properly implemented the Omega Navi toggle, albeit somewhere else in the game. It's now toggled at the Undernet Server, where you jack into the Secret Area.
- Removed the "Unlocked Unlimited" Folder Lock Mode since it never functioned correctly (Whoops). It's also more than likely a bad idea anyway.

v5.1.0.2
- Changed the "Enable Omega Navis" script to after you beat Alpha instead of when you enter Alpha Comps.
- Added BassGS to the possible Gigas that can appear in shops and all version-specific Gigas can appear in all of their own shops now.
- Fixed "Unlocked" and "Unlocked Unlimited" folder lock modes being reversed. I typed the wrong number.
Full Changelog: v5.1.0.1...v5.1.0.2
Version 5.1.0.1
- Fixed a minor bug with how Elements are chosen for Battle Chips/PAs during randomization that caused a crash to happen in the Randomizer program, halting it.
Version 5.1
- Added a Mystery Data Zenny Multiplier setting. This affects the previously fixed value of 1.5x Zenny from Mystery Data. It can be set between 0.25 (25% Zenny) to 3 (300% Zenny), with the hard cap being removed if "Ignore Limiters" is on.
- Added a Chip Drop Rank setting. Initially 5 by default, this controls the threshold in which you start getting guaranteed Battle Chip drops from Virus/Navi encounters. Anything drops ranked at or above this value become gauranteed. Set to 10 for S Rank or higher, or 0 to only allow for Chip drops.
Version 5.0.1.1
- Removed a couple lines of code that attempted to make the Giga Chip Door in Secret Area just open when you talk to it. (I couldn't test those particular bits and, to be quite honest, where I was aiming for in memory didn't look right so better to be safe than sorry.)
Version 5.0.1
- Fixed how the Secret Area's doors are handled. They should hopefully no longer auto-trigger boss fights and get you stuck behind the monolith. Instead, talking to them auto-opens them, bypassing their Library requirements. (This was a bit hacky of a solution, so keep me posted if something doesn't work right.)
- Changed the flags I force set in the post-tutorial cutscene to include a different post-game door that hopefully doesn't trigger a boss fight like it did before. The doors that this point of the game force opens are the Tamable Virus door and the Job BBS door.
- Fixed a typo within the UI.
