v0.2.3 — Pre-PyPI rename

PyPI package renamed from citable to citable-cli since the citable name is held by an unrelated, abandoned 2021 Zenodo loader. The CLI, the Python module, the GitHub repo, and the brand all stay citable. Only the PyPI distribution name changes.

Install: pipx install citable-cli
