This module is based on axi_mem_if module. Please check the initial design

The AXIRAM has below feature

1. Normal AXI4 Operation -> AXI4 Read, Write Operation 
2. With AXI4 Write operation, there is read-modify-write operation. 
In modify step, it supports AXI4 Strobe Signal.


To run simulation, please use run script
