Small tool for ingesting content into Paperless ngx

Usage: PaperlessCopier [srcFolder] [destFolder]

• Writes a timestamp file in the source folder of the data of the last copy
• Copies files from the source folder to the destination folder if they were last accessed since the timestamp
• Trims empty folders
