Adds .github/workflows/publish-s3.yml — builds and publishes to wfp-hip-pypi via OIDC on version tag push
Adds scripts/render-simple-index.awk — regenerates the PEP 503 index after each upload
Updates pyproject.toml: replaces data-bridges-client @ git+... with a plain package name resolved from the WFP CloudFront PyPI index ([tool.uv.sources])
Updates README install instructions to use --extra-index-url https://d2i4vvypvg40rv.cloudfront.net/pypi/
