ci: Automated update vc-module-dynamic-associations from PR undefined undefined

Note

Moves VirtoCommerce.DynamicAssociationsModule from Github releases (3.810.0) to AzureBlob (..._3.811.0.zip) and cleans up backend/packages.json formatting.

  • Backend config (backend/packages.json):
    • Modules source change:
      • Add VirtoCommerce.DynamicAssociationsModule to AzureBlob with BlobName VirtoCommerce.DynamicAssociationsModule_3.811.0.zip.
      • Remove VirtoCommerce.DynamicAssociationsModule from GithubReleases (was 3.810.0).
    • Minor: JSON formatting tidy-ups.

Bug: Blob name missing PR suffix from failed automation

The BlobName for VirtoCommerce.DynamicAssociationsModule is 3.811.0.zip without the PR suffix (like -pr-N-XXXX) that all other modules in the AzureBlob section have. The PR description explicitly shows "from PR undefined undefined", indicating the automation failed to capture the PR information. This likely means the blob at this path doesn't exist in the prerelease storage, which would cause module loading to fail.
