ci: Automated update vc-module-subscription from PR undefined undefined

Note

Moves VirtoCommerce.Subscription to AzureBlob with version 3.812.0 and drops the GithubReleases 3.811.0 entry, plus minor formatting tidy-ups in backend/packages.json.

  • Dependencies/config (backend/packages.json):
    • Move VirtoCommerce.Subscription from GithubReleases (3.811.0) to AzureBlob with blob VirtoCommerce.Subscription_3.812.0.zip.
    • Minor JSON formatting/whitespace normalization.

Bug: BlobName missing PR suffix from failed automation

The BlobName value VirtoCommerce.Subscription_3.812.0.zip is missing the -pr-{number}-{hash} suffix that all other modules in the AzureBlob source have (e.g., -pr-89-0c6d). The PR description explicitly contains "undefined undefined", indicating the automation script failed to obtain the PR information. This inconsistent naming pattern suggests the blob file may not exist in the prerelease storage or points to an incorrect artifact.
