[Vinifera Bug] Game ignores StretchVideo=yes

The game ignores the StretchMovies=True setting from the SUN.INI file.

Steps To Reproduce

Set StretchMovies=True in SUN.INI in the [Video] section

Expected Behaviour

The game should stretch the FMVs to fill the screen.

Actual Behaviour

The game doesn't stretch the FMVs. The Videos are played in their original resolution.

Nope... the movie is now fixed on the top left corner and the bottom half is missing. Looks weird.
