This is a template that the Ministry of Immigration uses for the Recruitment API and Mass Telegrams, and one you can use for your own recruitment efforts. Make sure you mark it as a Recruitment telegram when sending it.

Note that the %nation% macro does not work unless you are sending a mass telegram.
