Summary

Clarifies the public host copy for VERIFRAX-API so the host is read as an API-boundary surface rather than as the governed execution layer.

Why

The README already states that VERIFRAX-API is an API-host identity and deployment boundary and not CORPIFORM execution. The host HTML needed to match that boundary exactly.

Changes

  • replace "execution host" framing with "API host boundary"
  • make bounded tool access explicit
  • make non-equivalence with governed execution explicit

Validation

  • removed execution-host phrasing from index.html and 404.html
  • kept non-authority / non-proof / non-intake boundary language intact

API host boundary copy and projection outputs align with the bounded host-role model.
