Building tools

It is described which tools one is supposed to use to contribute to the project.

Linux

  1. Builder: msbuild
  2. Build tools: mono
  3. IDE: Rider 2018.3 (test system doesn't work in 2019.1.2)

Windows

  1. Builder: msbuild 15.9
  2. Build tools: Visual Studio Build Tools 2017 (15.9)
  3. IDE: Rider 2018.3 (test system doesn't work in 2019.1.2)
