Purpose of this PR
This PR will add Code Coverage to usd-unity-sdk
Code Coverage shows which part of the code isnt covered by our automated tests, thus giving us a good idea on which area will need to be tested

Note to reviewers:
Due to the automatic nature of report generation, I am sure the report will be generated automatically during our nightly runs, but im not sure how it will effect the test runs that happen in our PR - maybe it needs to be set to only be reported during our nightly runs?
