Changes to team charter, plus some de-duplication and correction of other things:

  • Added stuff about test approach / TSR to charter
  • Moved test strategy stuff from the team charter to the test strategy document
  • Changed specflow guidance, and also renamed the file as we no longer use specflow or cucumber
