This PR:

  • Adds a context menu to the downloads page.
  • Renames the "circuit" state to "loading", as we're just waiting for the DHT
  • Adds tooltips to action/header buttons
  • Adds logic to SimpleTable to allow item selection when right-clicking (used on the downloads page).
