TMGToolbox-1.12

This release continues support for both EMME 2023, 4.6, and versions before EMME 4.4.5.1. If you are using EMEME 4.6 or newer please use the toolbox below named TMG_Toolbox_Python3.mtbx. If you are using version of EMME 4.4.5.1 or before, please use the toolbox TMG_Toolbox.mtbx. Both toolboxes contain full support for all EMME tools produced by TMG.
