USA Particle Cannon Laser cannot be selected

The USA Particle Cannon Laser cannot be selected. This is an inconvenience after the Particle Cannon structure was deselected. Most players will use the Generals Powers shortcut to activate the Super Weapon, and not scroll back to the base to select the Particle Cannon.

A simple improvement here could be to make the Particle Cannon structure selectable by clicking its Laser.
