Visual Studio solution does not see all project files.

Examples:

GeneralsMD\Code\Libraries\Include\Lib\BaseType.h

GeneralsMD\Code\Libraries\Source\WWVegas\CMakeLists.h

Dependencies\Utility\Utility\hash_map_adapter.h

cmake\config.cmake

Not sure what to do about the none source files, the headers can be solved by including them in a targets source files and they will then appear under that target in the solution.
