Add replays and replay-checking in the CI pipeline for Generals.

Add replay-checking to Generals to ensure changes are retail compatible.

According to Helmut, this should be easy to add that to CI, basically just add replaycheck-generals to ci.yml. Maybe someone else will volunteer for this.
