This PR adds user-configurable NTP (Network Time Protocol) time synchronization to the Energy2Shelly ESP firmware. The device now obtains accurate wall-clock time on boot via a configurable NTP server and timezone, exposed through the WiFiManager captive portal. This is a prerequisite for Shelly API responses that include timestamps (e.g., Sys.GetStatus, Shelly.GetStatus).
