[ENH] Benchmarking: add show and optimal_only options

Also replace show_convex_hull with convex_hull.

show: bool
Whether to end with a :func:plt.show call. Defaults to
True.

optimal_only: bool
If metrics is provided, whether to restrict the summary to
scores achieving the best result in at least one metric. If
baseline is also provided, the corresponding score is
considered separately and is always included in the summary.
