fix: align agent selector row metadata

Summary

• make each agent row in the selector use a consistent three-line layout
• keep the order as friendly name, status, then agent type/name
• preserve the existing selection behavior and status badges

Test Plan

• cd apps/dashboard && npm run cf:d1:bootstrap:local
• cd apps/dashboard && npm test -- --run src/lib/dashboard-agent-status.test.ts
• cd apps/dashboard && npm run typecheck
• cd apps/dashboard && npm run build
• browser check of the selector on local preview to confirm the three-line layout is consistent
