Removes
DynParcelTypeHandleras it is no longer needed with the changes introduced in MovingBlocks/Terasology#3535. It does change the format in which DynParcels are serialized, however, so all prefabs containingDynParcelRefComponentcomponents will have to be updated.Closes #33.
