Upgrade omeinsum to version 0.9.1

Note the optimize_code interface has been updated. The slicing is different from the previous versions.

Also, a new feature about saving and loading TensorNetworkModel instances into a folder:

• save_tensor_network
• load_tensor_network

Since tensor networks contain computational costly contraction order information. We may want to store it on the disk for future use.
