Fix CSS import paths so one can locally develop/test Core-CMS pattern library.

Changes

• Replace all vague paths with explicit paths.

Testing

1. Use solution A or B from Locally Develop CMS Styles.
2. Make a change to Core-Styles code that will have a visible effect.
3. Build the Core-CMS pattern library.

I will reproduce later when I have time, or make the changes piecemeal. But right now, I have too many deadlines, and styles being added, to keep this up to date.
