v0 Release

This binary is functional with a little sprinkle of comfortable CLI interface. Primary reason to release is to get the feedback.
Many more features/fixes to add.

Features:

• Send a file directly to the receiver without any centralized server
• Works with clients behind NAT
• The sender only needs to share 5 words to the receiver over another medium
