This fixes a number of build warnings, and more importantly, fixes the Flexible Cartridge System by properly handling Terminate requests when using SRV. This also enables the Flexible Cartridge System by default, though as far as I can tell, it's not possible to enable this on existing installs due how config version bumps are handled.
