Purpose of this pull request
Adds documentation for the new scan estimate feature for dashboards, available at both the dashboard level and section (collapsible panel) level.
Changes include:
docs/dashboards/section.md— Added "How to view the scan estimate" section covering the section-level meter icon and a Learn More reference to the dashboard-level docsdocs/manage/partitions/estimate-scan-data.md— Restructured "Dashboard scan estimates" into two subsections: Panel scan estimates (existing) and Dashboard-level scan estimates (new), with note covering both expanded/collapsed edge casesblog-service/2026-06-05-dashboards.md— New service release note for the featuredashboard-scan-estimate.pngandsection/scan-estimate.pngSelect the type of change
