Summary

fix the production compose/Caddy landing logo wiring for repo/api
serve /spawndock-logo.png from a separate read-only bot-resource mount instead of nesting a file mount inside /srv/landing
unblock Deploy API workflow runs on the VPS

Verification

npm test
docker compose --env-file .env -f docker-compose.prod.yml config
