Summary

add a dedicated Deploy API workflow for repo/api
trigger deploys automatically after a successful Check on main and allow manual workflow_dispatch
use GitHub Actions secrets to deploy the production stack to the VPS through scripts/deploy-prod.sh

Verification

deploy.yml sanity check
repository secrets configured for VPS host, credentials, bot token, and public origin
