SlicerMycetoma

Description

SlicerMycetoma is an extension for 3D Slicer enabling automatic analysis of histopathological images of mycetoma. It facilitates the classification of mycetoma type and species identification from medical images, supporting experts in diagnosis.

Installation

1. Clone this repository into your Slicer modules folder
2. Open 3D Slicer and add the module folder via Modules > Add Module Path
3. Restart 3D Slicer if necessary

Usage

1. Load a histopathological image in Slicer
2. Open the MycetomaImageAnalysis module
3. Select the image and the classification model
4. Run the analysis to obtain the predicted type and species
5. Export results if needed
