PR for the web UI side of things for ShokoAnime/ShokoServer#1228. Will be updated as things are added to the client side, but for now this PR contains (in no particular order);
Accommodate the change from an AniDB file model to generic release info on the server side.
Changed all occurrences of "import folder" with "managed folder"
