- debug/ 子目录四探针：SignalWriteLog / FlushTrace / EventStream / ComponentTree， 全部 prepend 实现、内核零改动，require citrine/debug 才加载（生产零埋点） - 共享环形缓冲 Debug::Ring（默认 500 条，容量可调） - Citrine.debug_write_log / debug_flush_trace / debug_event_stream / debug_component_tree 四个对外入口 + FlushCounter 关联键（事件→flush 链归因） - prod_check needles 3 → 14 项，新增 test/debug_prod_check_test.rb 静态双向守门 - docs/DESIGN-devtools.md（分层架构/协议/红线）+ docs/PLAN-devtools.md（M1–M5 计划） - 340 runs / 1093 assertions 全绿；rake prod_check 真实编译反向注入验证 衔接 GOALS.md P1-8 与 PLAN-react-gap T-B3（数据层已验收，UI 由 citrine-devtools 仓承接）

M1 探针层，衔接 GOALS.md P1-8 与 PLAN-react-gap T-B3（数据层验收，UI 由 citrine-devtools 仓承接）。
lib/citrine/debug/四探针（write_log / flush_trace / event_stream / tree）+ 共享环形缓冲Debug::Ring，全部 prepend 实现、内核零改动Citrine.debug_write_log / debug_flush_trace / debug_event_stream / debug_component_tree+FlushCounter关联键prod_checkneedles 3 → 14 项；新增test/debug_prod_check_test.rb静态双向守门（新增探针自动纳入断言）docs/DESIGN-devtools.md、docs/PLAN-devtools.md验证
rake prod_check：14 项 needle 在真实 Opal 产物中缺席，反向注入验证非空转备注
工作区另有
fix/dispatch-callable-kwargs分支（f636518）为未合并 WIP，本 PR 不含；本分支基于最新 origin/main。
