Copper has hopefully been unified, more or less. Et Futurum ore and ingots, Thaumcraft nuggets. If you have copper from other mods, I suggest melting it down before updating the pack.

Structure Changes:
-New structure: Crimson Fortress. Large semi-rare overworld structure, the Crimson Cult stronghold.
-Added opening to gateway crypt, less likely to destroy the floo fire when accessing. The green fire in this structure will last forever if the surrounding blocks are not broken.
Config Changes:
-Abyssalcraft: disabled generation of Darklands, Darklands Plains, and Darklands Highlands. Forest and Mountain are the only variants that should appear.
-Disabled several biomes from Mystcraft (mostly technical or single-dimension biomes such as Outer Lands or Aether).
-Added five new custom bibliocraft paintings (Vitruvian Glyphs).
Script Changes:
-Smelting Shenanigans: Fixed Copper Ingot/Ore/Nugget confusion. Et Futurum Copper is used for everything except nuggets, which uses the Thaumcraft ones since EFR doesn't add nuggets. Abyssalcraft and TiCon copper ore/ingots/nuggets are, in theory, unobtainable now.
-Too Many Items: REMOVED. Causing problems, better safe than sorry.
-Rewritten Research: Removed duplicate Botania wand cores. Moved Magical Decorations entries to Artifice tab, removed Deco tab.
