Support for Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon v1.0

Note: patches have currently only been tested on Ultra Moon. Ultra Sun support will be verified (and, if necessary, fixed) soon.

To use: Extract code.bin from Pokemon Sun/Moon/Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon, run exe as "SMPatcher code.bin".

SMPatcher will generate patched code binaries, as well as .ips patches.

Use edited code.bin with luma's custom code sections to use either the code ips patch or patched code.bin.

Current patches:
-Allows for the resigning of any QR type, via hooked QR decryption.
-Allows for the scanning of Injection QRs, generatable via PKHeX
-Grants unlimited QR scans/day
-Enables one to scan the same QR multiple times.
-Optionally, disable outlines from being drawn.
