Summary

• Treat MRT_DISTRIBUTED_TRACING_ENABLED=true as an alternative to the existing OTEL_TRACING_ENABLED=true switch.
• Keep getOTELConfig().enabled as the shared gate, so distributed tracing, the MRT exporter, and serverTiming follow the same OR condition.
• Document both flags and record the compatibility behavior.
