This PR adds the implementation of a hybrid beam orbit correction method in particle accelerators, combining the stability of the SVD approach with the accuracy of neural network correction of residual errors.
This is a simple example of how an AI scientist can help improve existing methods and techniques, as well as create new ones in the field of physics of charged particle accelerators.
