This PR adds a new prompt template called
quantum_algorithmfor generating Variational Quantum Algorithm (VQA) experiment proposals. VQAs—such as the Variational Quantum Eigensolver (VQE) and Quantum Approximate Optimization Algorithm (QAOA)—are hybrid quantum‑classical methods that leverage a parameterized quantum circuit and a classical optimizer to minimize an expectation value (e.g., the energy of a molecular Hamiltonian). Because practical quantum hardware remains noisy and limited in scale, designing robust, efficient optimization strategies is critical to pushing VQAs closer to real‑world applications.
